Very fast easy to use excellent customer support
very helpful in ordering system to configure it to needs
No technical flaws in it. Very impressive up to date and expandable
definetly recommend it to anyone purchasing a new computer especially since its value is excellent and Gateway backs all of their products. Got this one loaded with a dvd player, cd read write drive 32 meg video card 128 100 mhz sdram, networking card, 56k modem, 20.7 gig hard drive with ultra 66 controller at 5700 rpm, stereo speakers and sub, 16 inch 25 pitch flat screen monitor. windows 98 energy star compliant components, scanner, 3.5 inch floppy drive, joystick, along with 512k pipeline cache. 3 years parts and labor with the first year in home service for technical difficulties in event of a problem. the fastest software is designed for a 200 mhz machine. pent 3 is much more capable of handling multi tasking than the celeron processor or the amd3. Hope this helps in a computer decision. con to the vx700 monitor. due to the flat screen design you have a faint line at 1/3 and 2/3 area on the screen. this is due to the nature of a flat screen. any monitor of this design any brand will have these faint hardly noticable lines. Thank you yes, gateway builds to order and you pay about 95 dollars for the shipping and it comes ups to your home. it came exactly when promised. Absolutely no hassle or complaints.
