I was told by a friend about this software and what it
was suppost to do. I've seen the rest of them and have
tried more than I can remember, I have friends and family
that live a long distance from me. So this type program
was something I've always tried to find for me and them.
FireTalk, it downloads quickly (3 minutes approx.), and
it's antivirus friendly, it sets up your computer mic, and feedback, volume controls and your ID#. You have to sign up for it to use it the first time but that isn't a problem. You then wait for a password (which you change after you connect) and find a group to speak with if you choose. Or friends, family, someone new? It is clear and the net delay time seems short. Of course, seems the congestion is a problem with any of them - it's not with this one. Wanna try it? Go to firetalk.com and give it a try. Have fun!
