A bunch of crooks....

Pros:NONE!!!
Cons:will lighten your wallet, even if you don't use it

I wouldn't even know if this was a good service or not, as to the fact that their program wouldn't work with my computer's email program. But that is not the worst part, that being that they ripped me off for $10 and I didn't even get to fax 1 page. I signed up for the plus service because I was needing to fax a couple pages a week to my office. The free service is when you only RECEIVE documents, you have to pay a fee to sign up and a per page charge for every page sent out.

I was having problems getting the efax program to run on my computer so after repeated attempts to contact the company for support, I would only receive generic, computer generated, emails with info that was already contained on their help page of their website. I tried to reply to their email, as instructed with a more detailed account of what was wrong. It has taken then about a week to reply to that email and give me information that was useless to me. (If they have a telephone at their office, they certainly do not advertise it on their website, as email was the only option to get a hold of them.) It did not resolve the problem and I was referred in the end of the email to contact Microsoft for any more information. IT WAS EFAX'S PROGRAM THAT WAS HAVING PROBLEM!!!!

Talk about passing the buck! I have since cancelled my service, before I was even able to use it. NOW THE WORST PART- as part of signing up, you pay a $10 registration fee- THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE!!! I was jacked for $10 and couldn't even get the darn program to run. TALK ABOUT A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!

I hope that anyone that uses this service is not in any need of support, as there is probably only one 17 YO kid there running the support department. Use at your own risk and I hope you have a lot of money to blow, I will spend mine down at the corner pharmacy. At least there I can see the guy in the face and ask him a question if I have one. The hassle and frustration wasn't worth any convenience I may have been saved my faxing from my home. I may just save up the fees I would have had to pay efax and buy a fax machine. Maybe then I can run a fax service over the Internet.....hhhmmmmmmm.....
