I bought this card when it first came out to upgrade from my older ATI Video Card. It boosted my computer's 3D performance a great deal, and provided excellent 2D quality. The hardware assisted DVD Decoding is a great feature, because it takes off a lot of the processing off of the CPU. The TV Out quality is really good and I've used it a lot of times. With so many great video cards on the market, you may not truly consider this one as one of your top choices... However, at the price it is now selling for, and taking into account all it does, with 32 MB dedicated video memory, and true 32-Bit rendering, this is a great video card. It supports AGP-2X. It would be a perfect upgrade for a 300-600 Mhz computer that needs a little 3D graphics boost, or if you need display your computer on a TV. For example, I hook up the ATI to my TV and watch DVD's on my TV instead of the little monitor.
