My Ricoh CD-RW was a great purchase. I've had the drive for over 3 months now, and it has run perfectly. I purchased the 6x/4x/24x model, which is awesome. The 6x write speed allows me to burn full, 650 MB cds in about 12 min, and the 4x RW feature is great. I use the RW all the time to transfer large files between computers. Just write it, drop it into the other computer, and you can use it over and over again. It's great! The best part about this drive is it's value. With the 6x/4x capability, I was still able to purchase the drive for $150, which is a great value. And that was over 3 months ago, so I can hardly imagine what the prices are like now. The only complaint I have is that the access flap on my drive came loose for some reason. Although a tad bit annoying, it's nothing a little piece of tape can't fix.
For those of you who have always wanted a CD-RW but weren't sure, this is the product to buy!
