I bought the 9200e and although I researched every drive I did not buy the right one. After installation and set up, everything worked very well except the very thing I bought it for, full system back up. After long waits on the phone to HP, and a week of trying to get this device to function,I was told they were aware of this problem and they would get back to me within 24 hours. Two days later I get a call from a rude tech (Suprvisor) that told me he thought I would be better off buying a product from another vender. I had taken the device back by then.
