Let me start by saying that I bought this title to play with for fun and for future planning, not to seriously design a house.

That said, it really was a fun program at first. I designed funky houses, and serious houses, and houses for my large family, houses for "someday" when the kids are grown and gone. I decorated them in myriad ways.

And then one day, I went to open a saved house and the program just crashed. I tried again and again, and it continued to crash. It did that on about 1/3 of my houses. I didn't want to spend the time to design any more houses, knowing that they could suddenly become inaccessible.

I wrote customer support, giving all the details about my system, etc. and they wrote back a week later telling me to change my screen resolution - to what it already is!

So now, the CD sits in my CD box, and one of these days I'll need to get around to uninstalling the program, since it is useless to me.
