Netscape Composer is a simple way to create a web page. It is simple and easy to learn. If you can use a word processing program you can easily use Composer. It is not a program that you would want to use if you want to build a complex site but is perfect for a personal home page.

I used Composer to build my own website and had no problems with it. It is easy to put images on the page and the background is easy to set. It is also fairly easy to put links on your page going to any other web address you want.

It is a program that is more for the home user that wants a simple home page. It is not intended for directly editing html text, so if that is what you want to do I would recommend that you get a program that is intended for html text editing.
