You will love THIS game by Naughty Dog! Also, if you enjoyed Mario Cart, this will blow that game away by no competition. What is all the hype? Well, as graphics become refined and entertainment a high demand in the game world, this will knock your socks off!
There are eight characters to choose from! Including Crash himself, Coco his sassy sister, N. Gin, Pura the Tiger, Polar, Tiny, Dingodile and even N. Cortex! (He was Crash's nemisis in Crash Bandicoot 2). You can choose to be any one of these characters and race against three other friends on your Play Station! Yes, this games allows up to FOUR players!
Aside that awesome fact, another would be the many tracks to choose from! There are sixteen of them. They range from a pretty scene on the tranquil beach to an amazing deep-ocean tube race.
Besides racing each other, you also have a choice to battle you buddies! Chase each other in the three dimensional settings and toss your weapons on them! But be weary, for you will be sought out as well. The thrill of a hunt!
Each player earns bowling bombs, tracking missiles, TNT crates and such as you decide to break the crates that are place along the paths of the racing tracks. And guess what? You can toss 'em to the person ahead of you! Imagine the power!
I have mentioned all the fun you will have, but what about the graphics? Well, Naughty Dog has always been great when it comes to that. But if compared to other race games, they have outdone themselves! There is nothing that is drawn in, popping up, or foggy... which usually comes with the territory of race games. You will be impressed.
Heard enough? I should stop right there and allow you to test drive it yourself. The best way, I recommend, is to rent it!
How did I like it? Well, I simply LOVED it! It is challenging, involving, and it is an excellent way to spend time with your friends or loved ones! (No one will feel left out since all four of you can play!)
Even my little 2 year old girl tried it, and she rates it excellent!
