Where is the Support?

I purchased my Quantex about a year ago. Its a great system. No major problems with it but when I call their tech. support number all I get is a recording. Three times I've called I had to wait over a hour and a half and then my cordless phone dies! Things have changed with this company since the fall of 1999. My friends do your self a favor. Go with the company which offers the best service! These PC manufactures all buy their parts from the same firms. All the do is assemble them and give you support. Dell offers the best. Next system I purchase will be Dell!
