Where is my customer service?

This must all be a scam because every time something goes wrong with my dell, which is often, I have to call these people and wait on the line for up to an hour , no joke, and then the phone disconnects you. What decent person would not want to blow up the whole tech support center. I am barley able to contain my distaste for those punks. They sell you something and then see ya good bye so long sucker. My US Robotics modem broke and they said oh yeah no problem we'll send you a new one, well they sent me some second rate no name modem and said sorry we don't sell US Robotics anymore, you lose. They lose. I tell everyone I know to stay away from dell if they don't like the phone, because you spend half of your life waiting for them to hang up on you.
