I have been shopping around for a Notebook Computer for about six months now and the Gateway Solo 1100 series was the best buy for the money. The Intel Celeron Processor I believe is better than the AMD K6 processor that they put in most of the cheaper priced notebooks now. And with a 64mb memory upgrade you will be moving lightning fast on the Internet. The upgradable hard drive and memory slots really make this computer a good buy because you will not have to buy a new computer in a year like all the other ones. You just simply upgrade your components!
