I will be complaining to the company about the poor quality of their product. It is fast, but it has some serious flaws.
The biggest flaw the drive has is with the door, or plate, or whatever you call that thing where you put the CD-ROM on. When I push the button to open it, the plate will come out, and, very often, will go back in as soon as it reaches about halfway through or as soon as the plate is fully out.
If I'm lucky to get the plate to stay out for me the place the CD, the place will return to the drive as soon as I place the CD. The plate is simply TOO sensitive. I had to open the drive once because one of my CD's got stuck and that CD is now broken in half.
Sometimes, the drive won't even open. The plate takes too long to come out, but is too quick to return back into the drive.
The drive is also rather noisy. In some occasions, the drive is as noisy as a car motor.
One last thing, the actual drive face does NOT look like the one pictured on the box.
