Pros:E-mail, internet, instant messaging, and more brought to your mouse pointer!
Cons:Well my hotmail used to be where I sent all my junkmail!
My first thought after I downloaded and installed this thing? It looks so much like AOL, that even you cavemen still using that lethargic ISP may think about changing! Sorry, read my epinion about AOL for more info there. Well everywhere you go nowadays, you see ISPs offering awesome deals at retail stores, that is how I heard about this software, however I did not take the disk that the sales clerk tried to give me, instead, I downloaded the 5MB file off the internet. I was surprised that the download was that small in fact. It installed with no trouble, and did not even require the system to restart. Then we go through the sign-up, if you don't have a hotmail or msn e-mail account already of course. Then it gives you a cute rubber ducky as your sign-in icon. Already I am liking this thing.
Then we start with our web browsing, unlike aol, you can just type in the simple address (you know: cars.com instead of http:\\www.cars.com). Plus it keeps everything nice and tight in the same window, integrated messaging with MSN messenger, and you see why i think this is like AOL's proprietary browser! I though this was going to be the browser that would be off my system in a week however, after the first few minutes, I have to admit, I am hooked (and so is my fiance, both roomates, and if my dogs had IQs higher than rocks, i'm sure they would be too!).
But beware, if you just barely meet the system requirements, this fella will crash more than rookie racecar driver (trivia: what does racecar spell backwards?).otther wise, this is a pretty(and do I mean pretty) stable program, excellent for beginners to the net, and for those of you who hate bouncing back and forth between Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.
