I've been a user of Hotmail.com ever since I got the internet and am becoming increasingly displeased with hotmail as time goes on.

First of all, I have LOTS of difficulty receiving messages from many of my friends who have AOL. I do not know what causes this but I used to be able to receive messages from them and now it has become impossible through hotmail.

Second, ever since new years, a pop-up screen has appeared every time I attempt to log-in to hotmail. This does not happen to my friends who also have hotmail. The pop-uo screen has a cancel and continue box and even when I click continue, I usually can not access my account.

Third, the chat offered by hotmail is horrible. It is low-quality, slow and BORING! Enough said.

Lastly, hotmail limits the size of e-mails that you can get by putting a 2000K restraint, meaning that you can not receive files that are larger than this or you can not have a few packages that add up to more than this.

Overall, I have been displeased and dissatisfied with Hotmail.com and would not recommend it to anyone. There have to be better, faster and more efficient email services on the internet than hotmail.
