NEVER buy a HP!

Please please all you out there, never buy a HP Pavillion!! I purchased a pavillion 6330 just over a year ago and I have had nothing but problems from day one!! I had to get my monitor replace after my first day owning it, my keyboard would freeze up all the time and the only way to fix it would be restart the computer. HP is after sending me two new keyboards and the problem is still there. My deskjet printer has to be sent away twice to get fixed, first it was printing poorly, then it decided to pull ten sheets of paper through at once....the thing still has poor print quality, it is very smudgy. I won't use it to print of school papers or letters it is that bad! NOW my monitor is arching every few minutes, I won't leave it on when I am not home because I fear it is going to blow up pretty soon!
I also have something to say about the customer support. HELLO did you ever hear of 1-800 numbers??????? And what REALLY peeves me off is since this heap of junk just went out of warranty a short while ago, I was told the other day when I phoned about my new problem, that it would cost me $37 dollars just to talk with a tech!! Isn't that crazy!!! I have been phoning the company trying to talk with someone about getting some sort of compensation for this poor product, being a student it was a big investment for me,I feel like I have been robbed. I at least think they should repair it for me, but they are firm in saying that since it is now out of warranty there is nothing they can do....I am sorry but this unacceptable, for the amount of frustration it has caused me they own something. Oops I am sorry, they did send me 1 free 1/2 hour of long distance calling..how sweet.
I am out to spread the word of this, I already convinced 4 people to not buy a HP when they went to buy a computer, and a friend of mine bought a pavillion just a few weeks ago....I told her of the problems I have gone through, two days later she returned it. Damn you HP!
