Is more, more?

If you are one of the many that believe the more you spend the more you get then this is a must read for you! I installed a Gateway computer for my little brother a few days ago. Believe it or not it's practically the same system that I personally own.
The difference, the name on the unit. Yes that is the only feature that is different. I have all of the same programs on my computer, the same amount of space on the hard drive, the same CD ROM, and I have a bigger monitor.
The other difference was PRICE. My little brother paid over $2000 for the same computer that I paid only $1000. Don't believe the hype Gateway is no better than other systems. You might get in touch with customer service a little faster but is that worth double the money?
Now you tell me is more really more?
