The best way to MAXIMIZE your pay2surf earnings is to use several viewbars at a time. I use a minimum of 4-5 at once.


1. Increase your monitor resolution. This will shrink everything on your screen, making the viewbars smaller. Go to MyComputer, control panel, display, settings, and increase the screen area(resolution).

2. Increasing the resolution will probably make the print too small to read. To fix this, go to View at the top of Internet Explorer, then choose text size and increase as much as necessary. Netscape Nav. has a similar function.

3. Drag your bottom toolbar to the vertical position on the right of your computer screen. This will free up some more room.

4. Clear your temporary files(cookies) often. This will keep your computer running smoothly, pay2surf banners dump tons of cookies on your computer. Go to Tools, internet options, "delete files" in the temporary files section. I'd also reduce the number of "days to keep pages in history"

5. If you can, get a 19 or 21 inch monitor. OR, you can buy a small, used monitor(try ebay or ubid.) Then you can run 2 monitors off 1 windows 98, allowing you to throw all your viewbars on the separate monitor. The monitor will cost under 100 bucks and pay for itself in less than 2 months.
