This card has it's problems. First of there are documented compatibility problems. I don't know about anyone else but I want to be able to plug a card in and have it work. Even after downloading new drivers, reference drivers and anything else that I figured would work, I just plain gave up on it. The earlier versions of this card also has a documented voltage problem. When I could get it to work in Direct 3d, the card was awesome especially with the 3d glasses. When I researched this card it had impressive scores on benchmark tests, but quite frankly, I could never get open GL to work. I sold it to a friend of mine on approval, and it worked great in his machine. On the plus side, the 2d graphics of this card are pretty nice. Buyer Beware!!
Addendum: 04/13/00 This was an Asus 3800U running Win98SE on a PII 400 with 196MB of RAM. All this on a Soyo mainboard. I replaced it with a ATI Rage Fury and had no problems at all.
