Windows98 is a good operating system because it is a little bit more user friendly than Windows95. It is easier to use with more options and more ways to change your desktop to the way you want it. It has easier scrolling toolbars, and can open thing faster than Windows95, Please note that I am not saying that Windows95 is a bad OS. But Windows98 has a lot of advantages over it. Although that it is not, supposedly, failsafe as Windows95 I would still recommend it over other OS's.
