Pros:FREE FREE FREE FREEEEEEEEEEEE
Cons:NONE

I had lost my job and my voice phone line was disconnected because I was unable to pay. (Phone Co. frown on you not paying the bill (LOL)). Because of this I was very concerned about keeping in touch with family in other states. I did not want to rack up more long distance on my computer line so my sister told me about INSTANT MESSENGER. She told me I would have to have AOL, but I was paid up on another ISP until Sept. 2000.

I looked on my start up page in Netscape, and saw that little man in a constant run ((LOL)wish I had as much energy) and found that I had the availability thru Netscape/AOL. I signed up and my sister and I now can talk anytime she and I are on line thru the keyboard. This is so great because, if my two sons who live in the same state, want to talk with me, they can go over to my sister's and log on and we can talk.

This is also a plus because, my sister is so busy and gone a lot, I would have to call her on her cell phone to even get her. But now I just get on line with the INSTANT MESSENGER and I can tell if she is on line or not, and we can talk as long as we want and not worry about a high phone bill.

I love having this and even when I get my voice line reconnected I still plan on using this as it will save me lots of money. My sister and I are real close and this makes it to where we can talk daily and not cost a cent. I, like so many out there love anything that is FREE, so if you have this little man in a constant run, grab him and sign up and you will be glad you did.
