I'm sure all you you have seen the commercials for this product. IT on quite a bit and i must say, it IS a good tool. I have found it to be a very convenient and reliable instant messenger and has been of great use to me. It is not a big file so anyone can download it. Basically, think of AOL chatting except without the monthly fee. Many of my friends are on this and it is great to chat with your friends who you might not see. According to one of my friends, AOL IM is better than AOL because "It just is." Well, you can't argue with that logic. But seriously, it is very useful. Say if you forgot to tell your friend something or need to be reminded when a party is, IM your friend and ask them. It is very easy to operate and anyone will get the hang of it in minutes. If you want a highly convenient chatting tool, this is it.
