I have used other programs for chat and to save on long distance calls, but I'm definately chosing Firetalk as the #1. It is trouble free to install and to set up. They have also provided online user help live just check in with them if you have any questions. It has been clear and no static on voice. There are so many extra features with this. Be your own moderator in a room, you are able to mute annoying person that comes into a room while you are in there, and IM's are great to setup times to chat with your friends.Don't want to chat, but see who is online go invisible. I'm using it and love it!
