Gateway-So far, not good

Hello all. I wanted to relate my experience so far with the Gateway people. I went into a local Gateway Country to gather information on purchasing a desktop PC for use in my office. The salesman was helpful in pointing out the differences in each system, and asked me what it would be used for. I then thanked him and took the info back to my office. After perusing the different system discriptions, I called the next day to order what I wanted. Ordering was simple enough, or so I thought. I was told the delivery date would be in seven days. One week later, I get a call from the Gateway Country saying there was a problem processing the order because there wasn't a name on the order.(I specifically remember giving it to them). The order sat there all week because the salesman who wrote the order was on vacation. So now, the order is processed, and will be here in another 7-10 days.
