This is a great card. Specially if you don't have a up to date computer.
I have a 1997 IBM Aptiva with a AMD-K6 300 mhz and 64MB of 66mhz ram and this is card works just fine playing Quake 3 and Unreal Tournment. It does go slow in the new Quake 3 Team Arena, but thats not the cards problem is the computers problem; the computer can't take it.
So if you looking for a good and relatively cheap graphic card, this is a great card. Even if you have a computer as fast as I would say 600MHZ this is still a good card.
The only problem is that it doesn't have a TV-out so you can't hook up your TV to it and watch TV on it. The great thing about TV-out is that you can use it like Tivo. Because all Tivo is, is just a 8GB Hard drive, which stores what ever you are watching. If you have a big Hard drive you could save all the programs on you computer and watching a movie or program on Computer is alot easier.
So if you don't really think you want a TV-out get this great card, or if you think you do get a better Voodoo like Voodoo3-3500 with TV-out. 3dfx was a great company, if you heard of it Nvidia just bought 3dfx couple of days ago. So no more Voodoos probably.
Recommended: Yes
