Encarta is a wonderful encyclopedia that you can download onto your computer to have easy access to information. Encarta's jam packed with facts and history. The videos, animations, and audio clips really bring subjects to life, and encourges you to explore further and learn more! There are hundreds of pictures as well. Weather you are using Encarta for a school project, science paper or just to explore~it is the way to go!

It has pictures, videos, animations, sound clips, and of course facts! You are almost 100% guaranteed you will find your topic, and if not, Encarta can find you a web page that may help you!

You never have to worry about Encarta being out-of-date or not being accurate. You can always easily update your Encarta so that you are more up-to-date, but I never seem to worry about that too much.

Encarta is perfect for almost any report you need. I know how stressful it is to come home and have no clue on where to start for information. I always find Encarta to be the place to start from. I of course recommend looking in other sources too, but I always find Encarta is my best and strongest source for most of my projects I do.

Encarta is really nicley set up. It is easy to download, open up and start searching. No matter how bad you think you are on computers, this really should be rather simple. The information is set up great as well. You can search for your topic, then: read through it all, look at just the pictures, easily skip down to a certain thing you need on the topic (ex. goverment/history) there is also on some topics what is called "quick facts": which is a little box which has information such as population and area in one spot (this is easy if you want to quickly copy these things down, and not have to search through all the info to find it)

I have tried Grolier and other encyclopedias, and I truly find that Encarta is the best. The others are wonderful as well, but I found this to simply have the most organized and efficient information.
