But there hasn't been any problems with the computer at all! When my monitor and mouse didn't work, micron shipped the new one the next day. Plus i didn't even have to pay for the shipping. Their tech support is also the best that I know of. I have dealt with compaq and sony but their tech support are terrible. With Micron, i got help whenever i needed and the technician's are very knowledgeable. Their tech support is available right away instead waiting for hours. Also you can reach them by e-mail too. The computers made by micron are also good choice because they usually have more expansion slots and bays than others. So it's very good choice for people who want to add something to their computer later on. Right now, at retail stores there aren't many choices to choose your computer. Major brands include Micron,HP, Compaq and Emachine. I work at a retail store and I know for fact that we rarely get a return on micron computer. If you are thinking about buying another computer, I would highly recommend Micron because of their good tech support and their durable parts. Sometimes micron may seem costly but believe me the price is worth paying. I'm going to get another computer pretty soon but I know for sure that it'll a micron pc. Some people say that their tech support has changed a little bit but I still think that it's lot better than any other company out there. The only real competitor with micron is dell. Dell has great products and their parts are also very durable but their tech support isn't as good as micron.  |
