Ok, I do love a good brain straining game but this one is on steroids. I was impressed with the graphics but could not handle the intricate codes that you had to figure out. Now, if you are a highly mathematical engineering type, well my hat is off to you because you can probably figure this one out.
I like a challenge but this has gone too far. The game assumes that the individual knows too much or in my case maybe I know too little when it comes to the higher tech. I gave my kids a shot at this being that kids can generally solve all these hard ones & then laugh at the silly mom.
The kids didn't like it either. Big thumbs down. They really gave it a shot. For 2 weeks, they wrote notes & used strategy. Now it it taking up space in my game case. If your kids are highly intelligent, go for it. I guess mine gave up when the codes only got harder & harder. They felt no sense of pride in completion of puzzles, only more frustration & grief. Sorry to be so harsh, I tried to see good qualities. The game myst just wasn't for us, maybe it's for you. Good luck, you'll need it.
