IBM produces top quality desktop PC's. I purchased an IBM Aptiva E Series Machine 2 years ago and I am extremely satisfied. Nobody beats IBM's support or knowledge of the PC. They have been in the business since the beginning. You can trust they will always be around to support their products.
The Aptiva is easy to use and best of all, IBM does not pre-load it with a bunch of unneeded software. You get just what you need and have plenty of space to customize as you go along. My system is still running great and I have plenty of room to expand.
The Aptiva On-Line Support Site is wonderful. You can profile your machine and get downloads and advise tailored to your needs. The message boards are also helpful. Overall, the IBM name still means has value and their prices have become very competitive. I am a satisfied customer and will be for a long time.
