3COM is worth the money

Pros: easy to use, easy to set up, great technical support

Cons: a little more expensive than no-name brands but well worth it.

The 3COM company was formally owned by U.S. Robotics. The ease of the plug and play installation was amazingly simple. The manual included with the equipment was very informative and helpful unlike some manuals that only give you basic information concerning the product. The set up operation was very easy and quick. At one point I needed to contact their customer service department and was amazed at the knowledge they had concerning this Digital Camera. They were considerable and very helpful with answering any and all of my questions. A friend of mine had this same camera and after a while needed to call the service department with a problem and they also were as good as any I've ever used if not better. The clarity of the pictures were wonderful and the compact size makes carrying it an ease.
