PaidForSurf is downloadable now and they pay up to 75 cents an hour.
They are in BETA right now and in order to acquire and keep advertisers the pay rate is on a sliding scale based on your response to the ads.
This can be difficult to maintain at times, but it is set high during beta to ensure their future success. The ratio is expected to drop significantly once they come out of BETA.
They are paying users during this beta stage as well.
You get paid for your referrals usage up to the amount of hours you surf - this ensures people are using the bar.
I have had no problems with the bar on IE 5.01 - but some have reported minor problems - the next bar is supposed to correct that.
Their support is superior to many companies as well - timely responses and public discussion with their president are common.
Unlimited hours and Internationals allowed are two BIG pluses!
