Got one - Love it...

Pros: Easy to use; Does everything as advertised

Cons: Needs a Port; Could be confussed with the CD drive.

hilips PC Internal CD-Read-write Kit - - Got one - - love it.

I was one of those holdouts that didn't buy a tape drive and also didn't by a Zip drive. But all along I knew I needed something for large memory storage. I'm a home user and really have no real need for any of this computer stuff - - except that I want it. I want to be at the cutting edge (if possible). I got into digital photography and found that I needed "lots" of hard drive memory. The Philips CD R/W is perfect for this. Each event I photograph is put on it's own CD and I don't lose any internal hard drive at the end of it.

It's easy to use and quite functional.
