I think that Windows95 is a really easy operating system to use. My friends and I all have no difficulty using this system some people just might find it hard to adapt to. The explorer is easy to use as is the Start Menu and all the options in it.
To use it is quite simply achieved and is relatively fast unless you have a slow computer with out enough memory or gigs of space. To access the programs you want to all you would have to do is either - go through My Computer (unless you named it something else) go into the C: drive (unless of course you named it another number from a-z) and find where you saved the files you want.
Or you could use the start menu, explorer, 'run' command (found in the start menu) or use find. All of these ways are easy to use if you just take the time to learn how to use it. I would have to say that it is a lot better than Windows 3.1 and Apple Macs. All Windows 95 needs is a bit of getting used to.
