This is my second Toshiba laptop product. The screen appears to be massive for a laptop - 14". It loads fast and runs very well. I've had this unit since April of 1999, enough time to really take it through its paces and it has performed very well. I cannot give you an opinion about their customer service because I have not had to call them yet.

The keyboard layout is standard format, but large for a laptop. Check out comparison prices on the Internet because prices keep dropping and you should be able to get it for less than $2,400.

This 366 Pentium is a dream come true. I've compared lots of models from different companies, on line and in person and this is still my first choice. Toshiba makes an excellent product, solid, reliable very enjoyable.
