I dont have a lot of time to spend on the computer, so when I get online, I dont want to have to mess with a program that doesnt work as well as it should.

Firetalk is fast and easy to use, and I dont have to mess with logging on to a network and trying to get connected to that before I can talk to the person that I want to talk to.

The only thing that I have found that I dont like about Firetalk is the fact that it does not have video capabilities. Other than that, it is the best program that I have ever used.
