I am a technician that works for a company contracted by Micron to do their on-site repairs. I have serviced many different kinds of computers in my line of work and Micron computers are one of my favorites. The computers are very reliable and well-built. Micron computers come with many options and the hardware components are all of the highest quality. Now obviously there will be some with problems just the same as with anything. This is where excellent service time comes in. Micron will have any hardware problems fixed within as little time as possible, usually within 48 hours of the problem being reported. Another great thing is the design allows for quick and easy changing of hardware components so that service providers can get their jobs done quickly and have the customers problem fixed with as little time onsite a possible. This excellent design also allows the customer to upgrade easily. I recommend Micron computers because of their excellent service and quality in everything from their smallest desktop to their largest servers.
