I got my Dell Latitude CPxJ in August, and since then, it has been rebooting all by itself almost once every day. Dell had sent out a technician to my place... but to no avail. Barely a few minutes after he walked out, the laptop rebooted again even as I was working on it. The problem persists. Of course there are the other problems of the system freezing up, throwing the blue "fatal error has occurred" screen etc.
What has been most frustrating is that Dell shows no interest in solving the problem, let alone an ability to do so.
All in all, extremely poor reliablity and value for the > $3000 it costs the customer!
