After my last computer started choking, my wife said "Get a new one!!!" My last computer was my first and I made my share of mistakes. This time I did my homework (reluctantly) and got a PERFECT motherboard. I wanted a friend to put together a new system for me, but he made me do all the work of deciding what went in it.
At first, I didn't even know how many motherboards I needed! I did a lot of research to make sure that THIS system would last a while. This is the most stable motherboard I could ask for. Absolutely no problems in 4 months!!!! I was told that this motherboard was a "overclocker's" dream because you could push it without any problems and it works like a dream. I have tried to make it choke! I opened up documents, games, and played music-- all while copying a CD!!! This thing has never even given my one error message. As for installation, my friend rarely does installs anymore, but had no problems whatsoever. I read somewhere that there was an issue with the early drivers, but from everything that I read four months ago, the old ones shouldn't even exist anymore. HAPPY GAMING!!!!
And by the way, memory is expandable to 2 Gigs!!!
