HP Support Great for $35 a Question

There is nothing worst than having your computer break down on a fixed income. We did not realize what great support we had with our old computer until we got our HP Pavilion 8560. It was beautiful on the desk. No more problems, or so we thought. For three months HP support helped us with our questions. We soon found out that after 90 days each question cost a whopping 35.00 dollars.
If you are new to the computer world and need help, I suggest you look for a computer with a great free support system to back you. What good is a computer if you can't fix it or work it?
