well i choose frontpage. html can be tricky so if you want to get around it take a lil time and learn frontpage. Well to get started it took awhile, because I had to figure out how to use the program, but not long at all, everything is so self-explanitory and simple, so if you have any knowledge and can read it should not take you long at all. Now some of the effects and what not are tricky but for the most part as far as page setup, things like that, it's not that difficult and shouldn't take that long to learn.
