The only gear is NetGear

Pros:10/100 autosensing.. works PERFECTLY. CHEAP
Cons:Case is heat sink. Its hot.

Looking for a good hub/switch? You some poor schmoe like me? Wish you could get AWAY from crossover cat5? GUESS WHAT!?!?! YOU CAN!!
NetGear has put out a VERY impressive switch/hub named the FS105. This 10/100 autosensing switch/hub pumps out some very impressive performance indeeed! It has time and time again out-performed other five to six more expensive switch/hubs. My freinds have always wanted to know what I run, but I never tell them, just so I can laugh and say, "I won't say, but its not your average everyday switch." And no its not! This thing comes packed with every big word and "expensive" function on the market! If theres something a $1200 5 port switch can do, chances are so can the FS105!

Actual comunications run very smoothly. I get no line noise and no collitions. I think I actually got one colition once... right as one of my nics went out.
The switch/hubs are easily stackable, with an unlimited amount posible. So all you LOSERS (kewl!! just like me!) out there can have your lan parties stretch ALL over the house and the neighbos house.. and the street... and the mall... and... GET IT!?!?!? no LIMITS!

The only downside I have seen at ALL, is that the case is the heat sink, so its constantly hot. I have not YET had an overheat or anything, so it works well, but being so how you have to keep it away from anything else. No big deal, but a real pain if you try to keep all equipment together.
