AT&T WorldNet's Internet service is terrible! When I signed up a year ago, I picked what I thought would be a great ISP. Well, I was in for a big surprise. What I found was that more often than not I got a busy signal when I tried to log on. This continued to happen night after night. Then when I tried to call for technical help, I generally got put on hold for a long time. Needless to say, I quit after one month of sheer frustration. Then I moved over to Mindspring. Mindspring's service has been absolutely fantastic. I've never gotten a busy signal and I always get a knowledgeable customer service person on the phone when I need them. In summary, I do not recommend AT&T Worldnet Service, but I highly recommend Mindspring.
