I'm not one of those "Mac vs. Windows" fanatics. I've used both, I'll continue to use both. It's just that doing things on the Mac feels so much more natural. Despite the fact that Macs have only one button on their mouse (more simplicity), I still find I'm more efficient navigating a Mac desktop and working with files and folders than I am on a Windows machine. In fact, any file management on a Windows machine, no matter how fast the processor, always feels a bit sluggish, like the machine is translating my mouse movements into plain old DOS again. Yuk!

Macs aren't perfect. They're not designed to be gaming machines, for instance. But so what? I have a Playstation for games. My Mac is a tool. I'm a web and multimedia designer and the best thing about using a Macintosh is that the machine doesn't get in my way when I'm trying to be creative.

Macs still crash. Computers are still incredibly complex pieces of machinery. But people build relationships with their Macs. I know it sounds weird. I'll probably have to use a PC at some point in my working life, but I'll always have my Mac to come home to...
