I bought this after reading cnet's user opinions. i hoped to get a great value as well as great performance. i got what i hoped for. my previous AOC 7glr monitors were cheapies and they looked it. i have a dual monitor setup and i don't even get the scan lines that the AOC and princeton monitors had using the matrox dualhead card! very bright monitors (you'll have to adjust the color a bit) i found my "whites" to be a bit too bright and a tinge bluish. i can't believe how much better i can see with these. i picked them up from buy.com (with discount coupons) DELIVERED for $300 each. great deal. with prices like these...why go 17 anymore? one more weird thing that might be only applicable to me. when i used the dual 17's, i didn't have a shimmering on the outside of the open window. with the 19's. sometimes when i open a window, it shimmers. i'll close it and then re-open and it'll go away. may be software or card related rather than monitor...but thought i'd make a note of it.
