I have owned this system for just under a year now. One minor problem encountered. When the unit arrived, it would not boot up (the box had taken a beating by the way). No power at all. Opened up the case, which was a breeze thanks to the no-tool design, and noticed the main power cord to the front power switch just dangling there. Called ABS tech to verify the proper pins to plug it onto the motherboard, which they walked me through, and viola, booted up fine. Since then, the unit has continued to run flawlessly (it runs continuously, day and night). By the way, I have added memory and a tape drive and I am still very impressed with the ease of modification. The case is great to work with. Everything was exactly as promised, all brand name components. This is my fourth home PC, and I am very satisfied with it (it is the best one so far).
