ICQ is a program that allows you to chat with your friends while online. Now it's not voice chat, it's mostly text, but you can send a voice message if you want to. Best of all, ICQ is free to download and use. No surveys, no gay 10 dollar fee, NOTHING. ICQ has many unique features...too many for me to name them all. You can send files, have a text chat session (like a chat room), voice chat, send URLs, pictures, etc. ICQ also allows you to create your own profile that people can view, you can also have a picture in it which is kinda cool. I prefer ICQ over AIM because you can do much more with it. ICQ is a tool that all must have if you have friend, family, or just want to talk to someone online.
