Bright, Vibrant Colors

I first bought a Dell M991 with a new Dell system. The monitor was defective, and replacements were on backorder, so it was returned.
I then bought a KDS VS-190. After two days of trying to get the colors to a suitable level compared to the 17" CTX on my other computer, I gave up and returned it. The KDS colors were washed out.
I then ordered the Samsung SyncMaster 955SL for Buy.com for $298.95 plus tax and shipping of $53.58, minus Samsung's $30 rebate.
The 955SL's colors are great. Bright, rich, and true, without any need for adjustment. The on-screen controls are logical and easy to use. This monitor is pleasing to use for long periods. It is has a better display then the Dell, and is far better than the KDS.
A great low cost monitor.
