What a disappointment

I have been a member of startsamling for SEVERAL months and I have only gotten two samples :(.
I have visited every manufacturer for the points.
My points weren't being added for daily visits so I stopped going, every once in a while I go all I get is the daily points. Seems they NEVER have samples. It takes forever to earn enough points for their prizes but they do have very nice prizes.
The site is easy to navigate and understand.
It is easy to enter feedback on samples received and points are seen immediately. I got an iced tea sample and a sugar sample (separately ofcourse :). When you provide the feed back you just send short opinion about product and its packaging.
They have started implementing new incentives such as guess the product and Frequent Flyer points.
