When I first purchased this product, the only negative comment I had was the amount of time it took to arrive. This is by far one of the absolute best products you can buy!! It has blazing speed, a super graphics card (for a laptop), a 15 inch screen, a dvd player, 64 megs of ram - I mean, what more could you ask for!! And at the 2900 dollar mark, there is now way you will find a better deal!!
Dell tech support was great too! The moment I had a problem, they were there to help me through it. Too bad I have only had one problem - and that was because I forgot I had muted the sound ;-)
Dell has recently added a forum so that you can post any problems, praises or concerns you may have. I posted one message, and I went back five minutes later and it had already been answered!!
If you decide to buy a laptop or even a desktop, you should seriously consider buying from Dell!! They rock!!
