Dell Service and Repair is Great. I bought a second hand Dell 7000 through e-bay. During the Thanksgiving holiday, it accidently fell from a low table to the floor. The computer still worked fine, but the hinge was broken through. The following Wednesday, I called a Dell service number that I found attached to the bottom of the computer. Within 7 minutes, I got a human who had me read him a service number on the computer, remove the DVD, Battery and Memory chip, and at 3 p.m. that day an air courier arrived with packing, picked up the computer, and it was returned to me in new condition on Friday.

This is my second Dell computer, and I wouldn't consider buying anything else
